Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt (or substitute with milk or water if needed)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

Step 1: Mix the Dough

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the yogurt gradually and mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough lightly on a floured surface for 2–3 minutes until smooth.

Step 2: Divide and Shape

  1. Divide the dough into 6–8 equal portions.
  2. Roll each portion into a ball and flatten it slightly into a disc.
