Cooking Time: Approximately one hour

Detailed Instructions:

How to Get the Oranges Ready:

To start, give the oranges a good cleaning to get rid of any dirt or debris. Rinse them off with a fresh cloth.

Peel the Orange: With caution, shred the orange peel using a grater, being careful not to rip off the bitter white pith that lies beneath.

The grated peel should be boiled in water for five to seven minutes before being drained. Reducing bitterness is the goal of this phase.

Get the Pulp Ready: Take great care to peel the oranges and remove the white pith. Separate the pulp from the seeds and chop it into tiny pieces.

Making the Goat Cheese:

Put all of the ingredients into a big saucepan and combine the peel and pulp. To improve the flavor, add the citric acid, lemon juice, and cloves (if used).

After the orange mixture is thoroughly mixed, add the sugar and stir to blend.
