2️⃣ Whisk the Base

  1. Beat eggs + sugar until pale.

  2. Stir in milk, vanilla, and salt.

3️⃣ Add Coconut & Bake

  1. Fold in shredded coconut.

  2. Pour into pie dish and bake 35-40 mins until set (center should jiggle slightly).
