4 fish fillets(tilapia, cod, halibut, or your favorite white fish)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup all-purpose flour(optional, for light coating)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
For the Lemon Butter Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice(about 1 lemon)
1 teaspoon lemon zest
