Soup with cheese, beef, and potatoes.

 Make ground beef:

In a big pot, cook ground beef on medium heat until it browns, breaking it into small pieces while cooking. After cooking, remove any extra fat and set it aside.

Cook chopped onion and minced garlic in a pan with some oil.
In a pot, melt butter, then add chopped onion and crushed garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the onion is tender and smells good.

How to Cook Potatoes:
Put chopped potatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, and beef broth in the pot. Heat until boiling, then lower the heat and let it cook gently for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft.

Prepare a soup with cheese.
Mix milk and flour in a small bowl until it forms a paste. Gently stir this mix into the soup and let it cook for 5 more minutes to make it thicker. Mix in grated cheddar cheese and sour cream until the cheese is melted and the soup is creamy.

Include minced meat.
Put the cooked ground beef back in the pot and mix it well. Add salt and pepper to your liking, then let it cook for a few more minutes to mix the flavors.

Serve and enjoy:
Serve beef and potato soup in bowls and add fresh parsley or chives on top. Serve with hard bread for a cozy meal.
