List of ingredients:
2 tablespoons of butter without salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 little onion, cut into small pieces
2 pieces of garlic, finely chopped
1 pound of fresh mushrooms (white, brown, or a combination), cut into slices.
2 tablespoons of regular flour
4 cups of vegetable or chicken broth
1 cup of thick cream or half cream
1 teaspoon of thyme leaves, either fresh or 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme.
Add salt and pepper according to your preference.
You can add some fresh parsley, chopped, as a decoration if you like.
