I have always enjoyed Thanksgiving because it's a holiday centered around my favorite foods, gratitude, and family. Spices, vegetables, and lots of butter - what else could I ask for? I believe the best thing about Thanksgiving food is mixing different flavors, but I really love sweet potato casserole. It's a part you don't usually see during the rest of the year, but on Thanksgiving Day, it's essential. And this is the recipe I always use for it.
