Steak pieces with garlic butter

Inspired by small pieces of steak that are easy to eat, a popular snack in Boston and the New England area, these garlic butter steak bites have a traditional bistro taste with a hint of soy sauce. They are fast and smart. When you cut steak into small pieces, it absorbs marinade faster and cooks in a short time.

Here, they are soaked in a mix of soy sauce and olive oil, then cooked in a pan with butter, garlic, and parsley. They are great for summer meals with a hearty farro salad with lemon or a corn salad, along with some bread to soak up the tasty sauce. Serve with toothpicks for convenient snacking, or on small plates.

Ingredients: 1 pound of steak (like sirloin or ribeye), cut into small pieces.
Add salt and pepper according to your preference.
2 tablespoons of olive oil
4 tablespoons of butter without salt
4 pieces of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
