Fried Rice with Shrimp


 


This simple and fast Shrimp Fried Rice recipe is great for busy nights when you want a tasty meal ready quickly. Also, it's a good way to finish any extra white rice you have.


Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of oil
1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
1 pound of medium-sized shrimp, with shells and veins removed.
3 cups of cooked white rice.
2 cups of frozen peas and carrots, thawed
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 teaspoons of sesame oil
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons Chopped green onions
