Clean your shrimp by washing and rinsing them, then set them aside.
Prepare your white rice following the instructions, then set it aside.
Put a medium-sized pan on the stove over medium heat. Add some oil and finely chopped garlic.
Stir the garlic for 1 minute until it smells good.
Put the peas and shrimp in the pan and mix them together. Cook for 5 minutes.
In a little bowl, mix the sesame oil and soy sauce together.
Mix the white rice with the soy sauce and sesame mixture.
Cook for 4 minutes in a pan.
Move the rice and shrimp mixture to one side of the pan.
Put the egg in the frying pan and stir it continuously until it is almost cooked. Then, mix it into the rice.
Add some chopped green onions on top.
