  1. In a bowl, combine sausage, cream cheese, Rotel, and Bisquick (and optional add-ins).

  2. Mix with hands or a spoon until fully incorporated (dough will be sticky).

3️⃣ Shape & Bake

  1. Roll into 1-inch balls (wet hands help prevent sticking).

  2. Bake 20-25 mins until golden and cooked through.
