2️⃣ Make the Crust

  1. Separate cinnamon rolls, set aside icing.

  2. Press 4 rolls into the pan (tear pieces to fill gaps).

  3. Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon, then drizzle over dough.

3️⃣ Cheesecake Layer

  1. Beat cream cheese + sugar until smooth.

  2. Add eggs + vanilla, mixing just until combined.

  3. Pour over cinnamon layer.

4️⃣ Add Swirls

  1. Flatten remaining 1 cinnamon roll, tear into pieces, and press lightly into cheesecake.

  2. Swirl gently with a knife.

5️⃣ Bake to Perfection

  • Bake 30-35 mins until edges are set but center jiggles slightly.

  • Cool 1 hour, then refrigerate 4+ hours (overnight best).

6️⃣ Glaze & Serve

  • Drizzle with reserved icing + milk. Cut into squares!
