Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (natural or regular)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

Step 2: Prepare the Dough

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy and well combined (about 2–3 minutes).
  2. Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
