- 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 2 medium carrots, julienned or grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili paste or sriracha (optional, for heat)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Meat
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground pork (or your preferred protein) and cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and fully cooked.
- Drain any excess fat, if needed, and set the cooked meat aside.
Step 2: Sauté Aromatics
- In the same skillet, add the vegetable oil (if necessary), followed by the garlic, ginger, and onion.
- Sauté for 2–3 minutes, or until fragrant and the onion begins to soften.
Step 3: Add the Vegetables
- Stir in the shredded cabbage and carrots.
