Make Jell-O liquid. In a big bowl, mix the Jell-O with 1 cup of hot water. Mix until completely dissolved.
Include liquids. Add ½ cup of cold water and the pineapple juice that was set aside (around ½ to ¾ cup).
Add cranberry sauce and stir. Use a fork to separate the cranberry sauce and then mix it into the Jell-O. Mix thoroughly.
Include pineapple and pecans. Add the drained crushed pineapple and chopped pecans.
Relax: Put the mixture into a bowl or container. Put a lid on it and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until it becomes firm.
Wait on tables. After it has hardened, cut it into slices and serve it cold.
