Soup made with cauliflower, cheddar cheese, and roasted garlic.


 

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) before using it. Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower and garlic, then bake for 30 minutes.
Cook the onion in a pot until it is tender. Add roasted cauliflower, minced garlic, and broth. Cook slowly for 10 minutes.

Stir until everything is creamy, then mix in cheese, salt, and pepper. Put a garnish on top and serve immediately.
