Soup made with cauliflower, cheddar cheese, and roasted garlic.


 

Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C) before using. Put some olive oil on the cauliflower and garlic head, then bake them for 30 minutes.
Cook the onion in a pot until it becomes soft. Include baked cauliflower, crushed garlic, and broth. Cook gently for 10 minutes.
Mix until everything is smooth, then add cheese, salt, and pepper. Add a decoration and serve while hot.
Time to prepare: 10 minutes. Time to cook: 40 minutes. Total time: 50 minutes.
