List of ingredients:

1 onion, chopped

1 average-sized cabbage, cut into pieces
2 carrots, cut into small pieces.
2 pieces of celery, cut into small pieces
1 can of diced tomatoes (14.5 ounces) with the juice
4 cups of beef broth or chicken broth
1 cup of rice that hasn't been cooked yet, either white or brown.
1 can of tomato sauce (8 oz)
1 teaspoon of dried thyme
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of Italian herbs
Add salt and pepper according to your preference.
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Fresh parsley, finely chopped (to decorate)
