Make the sausage:
Warm olive oil in a big pot on medium heat. Put the Italian sausage in the pan and break it into pieces while it cooks until it turns brown. Take the sausage out of the pot and place it to the side.
Cook the fragrant ingredients in a pan.
Put the chopped onion and crushed garlic in the pot together. Cook the onion until it becomes see-through, which should take around 3 to 4 minutes.
Include tomatoes and broth.
Add the chopped tomatoes, chicken broth, dried basil, and dried oregano. Heat the mixture until it starts bubbling.
Make the pasta.
Put the pasta in the boiling broth and cook until it is firm to the bite, for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Create a creamy texture:
Lower the temperature to medium-low. Add the thick cream and grated Parmesan cheese, let the cheese melt and make the soup thicker.
Put the sausage back in.
Put the cooked sausage back in the pot and mix it with the soup. Add salt and pepper according to your preference.
