In a big pot or a deep pan, put the ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until the meat is no longer pink and the onions are see-through.
Put some salt and pepper, then mix everything together.
Add the beef broth, tomatoes, tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, vegetables, and potatoes.
Bring to a boil, then lower the heat, cover, and let it cook gently for around 30 minutes until the potatoes are soft.
