Cooked Vegetables by Stir-Frying: In a big pot, warm up olive oil on medium heat. Put the chopped onion in the pan and cook until it becomes soft, which should take around 4-5 minutes. Put chopped garlic, carrots, and celery in the pan and cook for 3 more minutes until the vegetables begin to get soft.
Include broth and chicken. Add the chicken broth, put in the shredded chicken, and mix well. Heat the soup until it starts to boil gently.
Use Cream Cheese: Lower the temperature. Add diced cream cheese, stirring until it melts and mixes well with the broth.
Include spices and cheese. Add cheddar cheese, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until the cheese is melted and well mixed in.
Make noodles: Add the egg noodles and cook for 7-10 minutes until they are soft.
Include turkey bacon. Mix in the chopped turkey bacon and heat it up.
Serve the soup in bowls, add fresh parsley on top, and enjoy while it's hot.
