Peanut Butter Cookies with Extra Peanut Butter on Top

1. Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Prepare the cookie mixture.

In a bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, baking soda, and vanilla extract until mixed well.

3. Form the cookies: Make small balls of dough and put them 2 inches away from each other on the baking sheet. Press down on each ball with a fork to make a pattern of lines.

4. Cook the cookies: Put them in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges become golden. Take out of the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool completely.

5. Make the peanut butter sauce: Mix powdered sugar, peanut butter, and milk in a small bowl until it's smooth. Change the thickness by adding more milk if it's too thick or more powdered sugar if it's too thin.

6. Put the peanut butter mixture on top of the cooled cookies using a spoon or a small bag with a hole for piping.

7. Let it sit: Let the light rain sit for around 15-20 minutes before serving.

These peanut butter cookies are easy to make and incredibly tasty. They have a creamy peanut butter topping that gives them an extra delicious touch. Great for anyone who enjoys peanut butter!
