Bananas won't get rotten or black within a few days anymore. By using this method, they will stay fresh for up to 2 years.

It may seem hard to keep bananas fresh for a long time, but with the right tips and solutions, it is possible. First, you need to purchase the number of bananas you desire. Clean the peel using a toothbrush and a bit of baking soda. Wash them with water and dry them with paper towels.

Next, we remove both ends of the fruit and cut the bananas into pieces that are about two fingers thick without peeling them. After completing this step, take one or more glass jars that hold around 700 ml and put the following ingredients in them in the exact order listed: one bay leaf; two garlic cloves; two slices of chili pepper (previously chopped); a teaspoon of coriander seeds; a teaspoon of dill seeds; and a teaspoon of a mix of peppers (white, black, green, pink, and allspice).

Next, we can put the banana pieces (around twelve in a jar of that size) and add two or three slices of chili pepper. Next, we put in a spoonful of sugar, a spoonful and a half of salt, a spoonful of vinegar that is 70%, and some warm water.

How to finish the conservation process.

After putting all the ingredients in the jars, you need to sterilize them. First, get a pot with hot water and put a cloth inside to avoid the jars from breaking when you put them in. Once all the containers are in the pot with their lids on top, we just need to heat everything and let it sterilize for around ten minutes.

Once enough time has passed, we just need to dry the jars, seal them tightly to prevent air from getting in, and keep them in a cold place for two years.
