Tasty potato and vegetable bake

List of items needed:



Cut 4 large potatoes into thin slices.

2 carrots, sliced. 1 pepper, chopped into small pieces

1 zucchini, sliced 1 onion cut into thin slices 2 pieces of garlic, chopped into small pieces.

1 cup of cherry tomatoes, sliced in half.

1 cup of chopped broccoli

1 cup of grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your preferred kind)

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 teaspoon of dried thyme

1 small spoon of dried rosemary

1 teaspoon of paprika

Season with salt and pepper to your liking.

1 cup of heavy cream or milk (you can use this for a creamier outcome if desired)

Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish).
