Recipe for Creamy Potato Bake


 


This creamy potato dish is a traditional and comforting meal, great for family dinners or special events.

List of ingredients:

2 pounds of potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet), peeled and cut into thin slices.

1 and a half cups of heavy cream

1 and a half cups of whole milk

2 cups of grated cheddar cheese

1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons of butter

3 pieces of garlic, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon of powdered nutmeg

Add salt and pepper according to your preference.
