Recipe for Tasty Lentil Burgers

List of items needed:

1 1/2 cups of dried red lentils, which is about 285 grams.
1 big shallot, finely diced. Ezoic
2 pieces of garlic, finely chopped
1 carrot, finely shredded 15g (1/4 cup) freshly cut parsley
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 small spoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
Cooking with olive oil
Extra ingredients for binding (if not using eggs, omit them):

1/2 cup of bread crumbs
