These German potato pancakes are a tasty alternative to traditional pancakes. They are a delicious dinner option when paired with Bratwurst sausage. I put cranberry sauce on mine and then add maple syrup on top.
Ingredients: 2 big eggs
2 tablespoons of regular flour ¼ teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
6 potatoes of medium size, peeled and grated.
1/2 cup of onion, chopped into small pieces.
