Eight ounces smooth cream cheese
One half a cup salted butter
Two ounces un sweetened Baker's chocolate
One tablespoon vanilla essence
½ cup sweetener, say Stevia Regarding taste
Notes:
Over low heat, melt butter and unsweeteled chocolate.
2. Combine well vanilla and sweetener.
3. Spoon melted chocolate mixture over softened cream cheese.
Use a hand mixer for two minutes or so to blend.
