Chicken and cheese fritters


 


Ingredients for Chicken Fritters


1 1/2 pounds of chicken breasts, which is equivalent to 3 large chicken breasts.
2 big eggs
1/3 cup of mayonnaise
1/3 cup of regular flour, or cornstarch or potato starch for those who cannot eat gluten.
4 ounces of mozzarella cheese, which is equal to 1 and 1/3 cups when shredded.
1 and a half tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped.
1/2 teaspoon of salt, adjust to your liking.
1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
2 tablespoons Use very light olive oil or any oil suitable for high-heat cooking.
