Components of the two ginger beverages:
One water liter
One fresh ginger slice, about five cm
One lemon, squeezed
Two tsp honey
Making the infusion of ginger:
Fill a pot with water, then raise the temperature to a boil.
Add the grated ginger to the water.
Simmer for about five minutes on low heat.
Pour your infusion through a coffee filter or strainer, and then drizzle in the honey and lemon juice.
