Solitary Upside-Down Pineapple Cakes






Components:

Regarding the Topping:



1/4 cup melted unsalted butter

half a cup of packed brown sugar

Eight pieces of fresh or canned pineapple rings

Eight cherries maraschino

Regarding the Cake Batter:



1/2 cup of flour for all purposes

1 cup of sugar, granulated

Half a cup of softened unsalted butter

half a cup of milk

Two big eggs

two tsp powdered baking

One tsp vanilla essence

1/4 tsp salt

Guidelines:

Get the topping ready:

Set the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).

Evenly fill the bottoms of each tart pan with the melted butter.

Evenly distribute the brown sugar on top of the melted butter.

Put a pineapple ring in the middle of each tart pan, and then place a maraschino cherry there.

Get the cake batter ready.

Beat the granulated sugar and softened butter in a large bowl until they are light and fluffy.

One egg at a time, adding and beating well after each addition.

Add the vanilla essence and stir.

Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a another basin.
