Brownies, lunchroom ladies



A toothpick put into the middle of the batter should come out clean after 20 to 25 minutes of baking. Pour the batter onto the prepared pan and do your best to level it out since it is thick. If in doubt, err on the side of underbaking.

After taking them out of the oven, let the brownies fifteen minutes to rest. When you add the frosting, you want them to still be warm. After taking the brownies out of the oven, combine all four ingredients for the frosting and beat until smooth. While the brownies are still very warm, pour the frosting over them. After fully cooled, serve.

Components: 1 cup melted butter
1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
Two cups of all-purpose flour
Two cups of sugar, granulated
Four big eggs
four tsp of essence from vanilla

1/4 cup softened butter for icing
1/4 cup whole milk, as I used it.
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Three cups of powdered sugar

How to Make Brownies for Lunchroom Ladies:
Set oven temperature to 350°. Grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish and cover it with foil or parchment paper.

Cream your butter and sugar together in a large bowl. Whisk in the vanilla and eggs until creamy. When the components are just blended, add the dry ones and stir. Avoid over-mixing. There will be a lot of batter.
