Two tablespoons cinnamon; two-thirds cup sugar
Amish Cinnamon Bread calls for two cups of sugar, eggs, and two cups of butter. Add baking soda, flour, and milk; Spoon half of the batter—or less—into oiled loaf pans (1/4 in each pan). Combine in separate bowls the 2/3 c sugar and cinnamon.
Top each pan with 3/4 of cinnamon mixture over 1/2 batter. Spoon remaining batter into pans; sprinkle with last of cinnamon topings. Move with a knife in a swirl. Bake until toothpick tester comes clean, 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Before removing from pan, cool in pan for twenty minutes. Creates two loaves.
