The dandelion, or dandelion as it is often called, is a common plant in Italy that has been used for generations in traditional medicine because of amazing characteristics that are almost unheard of or underappreciated today.
Dandelion has a lot of vitamins (nearly twice as many as spinach and tomatoes), so it may also be used in the kitchen and added to recipes and salads. Its superior diuretic qualities encourage the secretion of bile. In addition, it fights allergies, cleanses the liver, and balances cholesterol.
A great dietary supplement for postmenopausal or expectant mothers is dandelion. It is a fantastic source of vitamins and minerals and is high in beta-carotene.
