This recipe is a family staple! We can't get enough of the sauce!

 


Ingredients:


4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried parsley

Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:


Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter on medium heat. Sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add chicken broth to deglaze the pan, simmering for 2-3 minutes.

Mix in heavy cream, Parmesan, thyme, and parsley. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Return chicken to the skillet, coating with sauce, and heat for 2-3 minutes.


Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve the Creamy Garlic Chicken with your preferred side for a deliciously satisfying meal.
