1️⃣ Prep & Preheat

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.

2️⃣ Mix Dry & Wet Separately

  • In one bowl, combine oats, nuts, spices, and salt.

  • In another, mix apple, carrot, banana, egg, vanilla, and milk.

3️⃣ Combine & Bake

  • Pour wet into dry, stir well, then transfer to the dish.

  • Bake 30-35 mins until golden and set.

  • Cool 10 mins before slicing.
