1️⃣ Mix the Dough

2️⃣ First Rise

  • Shape into a ball, place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1-1.5 hours until doubled.

3️⃣ Shape & Second Rise

  1. Punch down dough and divide into 3 equal parts.

  2. Roll each into a log and place in a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.

  3. Cover and rise 45-60 mins until puffy.

4️⃣ Bake to Golden Perfection

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Brush with egg wash (if using).

  • Bake 25-30 mins until deep golden and internal temp reaches 190°F (88°C).

  • Cool 10 mins in pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
