Combine all meatball ingredients in a bowl.
Roll into 1.5-inch balls (wet hands prevent sticking).
2️⃣ Cook
Bake: 400°F (200°C) for 15-18 mins on a parchment-lined tray.
Pan-Fry: 3-4 mins per side in olive oil until golden.
3️⃣ Sauce It Up (Optional)
Melt butter in a skillet.
Add broth, lemon juice, and pepper. Simmer 2 mins.
Toss meatballs in sauce.
