Cheesy Cauliflower & Broccoli Casserole 🥦🧀


 

1️⃣ Prep & Preheat

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

2️⃣ Cook the Veggies

  1. Steam or boil cauliflower + broccoli for 5-6 mins until crisp-tender. Drain well.

3️⃣ Make the Cheese Sauce

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour to form a roux (1 min).

  2. Gradually add milk, whisking until thickened (~5 mins).

  3. Stir in cheddar, garlic powder, mustard powder, salt & pepper until smooth.

4️⃣ Assemble & Bake

  1. Toss veggies with cheese sauce, transfer to baking dish.

  2. Mix panko, Parmesan, melted butter, and paprika, then sprinkle over top.

  3. Bake 15-20 mins until bubbly and golden.
