Soup made with tomatoes, basil, and Parmesan cheese.


 

📋 List of ingredients
1 spoon of olive oil
1 little onion, chopped
2 pieces of garlic, finely chopped
1 can of crushed tomatoes (28 oz / 800 g)
1 can of diced tomatoes (14.5 oz / 410 g)
4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth (1 liter)
1 cup of heavy cream, which is equal to 240 milliliters.
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (90 grams), and more for decoration.
1/2 teaspoon of dried basil or 1/4 cup of fresh chopped basil.
Add salt and black pepper according to your preference.
1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (if you want a bit of spiciness).
