SAUSAGE SOUP WITH POTATOES


 

Initial stage: In a big pot, heat the olive oil on medium-high heat.
Put the cut sausage in and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
Take out the sausage from the large cooking pot and place it aside.

Next step: In the pot, put the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery together and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour the chicken broth and put the potatoes in.
Heat until boiling, then reduce heat to low-medium, cover, and cook for 15 minutes.
Step three: Put the sausage back in the pot and add the milk, Parmesan cheese, and cheddar cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well and cook for an additional 10 minutes on low-medium heat until the cheese is melted.
Take it off the stove and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve right away
