6 cups of chicken broth, which is equal to 1440 grams.
1 and a half teaspoons of minced garlic
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 small spoon of sesame oil
2-3 green onions, chopped into small pieces
Combining different things together.
Wontons are a type of dumpling.
In a big bowl, mix pork with rice wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, sugar, and onion. Stir thoroughly.
Put one teaspoon of filling in the middle of each wonton wrapper.
Wet the edges with water and fold the corners, pressing out any extra air. (It should have a triangular shape).
Raise the longer side of the wonton a little. Fold the edges in different directions and press them firmly to close, using your finger to make a space and moistening the edges if necessary.
Finish making the rest of the wontons and set them aside while you get the soup ready.
SOUP
In a medium pot on medium heat, put the chicken broth, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions.
In another big pot, heat up around 4 quarts of water until it boils. Once the water is hot, put in the wontons and cook for 5 minutes.
Soften the wontons and put them in the hot broth. Serve it while it's hot.
