Creamy Alfredo Lasagna Soup


 

Prepare the meat for cooking. In a big pot or a large cooking pot, warm the olive oil on medium heat. Put the ground chicken or sausage in the pan and cook it until it turns brown, breaking it into small pieces. Remove any extra fat if necessary.
Cook fragrant ingredients in hot oil. Put the chopped onion and crushed garlic in the pot. Cook the onion in a pan for 3 to 4 minutes until it looks clear and smells good.
Include soups and condiments. Add the chicken broth, cream, and tomato sauce. Add the Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Heat the soup until it starts to boil gently.
Make the noodles. Put the cracked lasagna noodles in the pot and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the noodles are soft.
Include cheese. Lower the temperature. Mix the Parmesan cheese until it melts and becomes creamy. Put the grated mozzarella cheese and mix until it is smooth.
