Banana Foster Pudding


 

In a bowl, place ripe bananas and mash them with a fork. Next, mix the mashed bananas with the egg yolks mixture thoroughly.
Pour milk over the mix of egg yolk and banana, then mix everything well.
Place the cornstarch in a small bowl and add a little milk. Mix until the cornstarch is fully dissolved.
Pour the milk and cornstarch mixture into the bowl with the beaten egg yolk and mashed banana. Mix everything thoroughly.
Place the mixture in a pot and cook over low heat. Stir with a whisk to avoid it sticking to the pot.
Continue cooking for about 10 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
Place the mix in 4 small dessert cups, let them cool and become firm.
Place butter in a pan and allow it to melt.
Put sugar on melted butter, mix well, and heat until it melts.
Cut a banana into pieces, place them in the caramel, and mix until the banana is coated with caramel.
Place the bananas foster over the banana pudding, then put it in the fridge for at least 3 hours or until it is solid.
