Pineapple Cake with Moist Texture


 

About the Cake

1 can of pineapple with the juice still in it

1 cup of all-purpose flour

One and a half cups of sugar

2 big eggs

2 teaspoons of baking soda

For the frosting

8 ounces of cream cheese at room temperature

1 stick of butter at room temperature

2 cups of powdered sugar

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

2 tablespoons of milk

GUIDELINES

Heat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, mix the cake ingredients well.

Put the mixture into a greased baking dish measuring 9 by 13 inches.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.

Allow the cake to cool for 15 minutes.

Combine all the icing ingredients until they are smooth and creamy.

Put the frosting on the cake while it's still warm and wait for it to cool down before serving.
