Bread with Cranberries and Raisins

150 milliliters of warm milk, which is equivalent to two-thirds of a cup.



2 teaspoons of dried yeast

50 grams of sugar, which is equivalent to a quarter cup.

1 egg





50 grams of butter without salt, softened (¼ cup)

Half a teaspoon of salt

100 grams of dried cranberries, which is equivalent to ⅔ cup.



100 grams of golden raisins, which is equivalent to ⅔ cup.

1 egg (to brush on top)
