Baked Oatmeal with Pumpkin and Apple


 




List of items needed to make a recipe.

Oats: 2 cups (200 g) of oat flakes

Water: 1.5 cups (300 ml)

Pumpkin: 250 grams, cut into small pieces after removing the skin.

Apple: 1 big apple, peeled and cut into small pieces.

Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon (if desired)

Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon (if desired)

Nuts: 2 tablespoons (40 g), chopped (like walnuts, pecans, or almonds)

Raisins: 1 tablespoon (if desired)

Olive Oil: 1 teaspoon, and some extra for greasing the pan.

Vegetable oil: for cooking in hot oil.

Pumpkin seeds: to sprinkle on top.

Shredded coconut: To sprinkle on top (if desired)
