These are really delicious! I broke my diet once by going to a fast food restaurant for these treats, but with this recipe, I don't have to do that anymore.

1.5 cups of ground almonds
1/2 cup of sour cream
2 huevos
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Half a teaspoon of onion seasoning.
Half a teaspoon of garlic seasoning.
4 tablespoons of melted butter
1/2 cup of cheese that has been shredded.
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Directions:
1. Heat your oven to 450°F and grease a muffin tray with non-stick spray or butter.
2. In a bowl, mix almond flour with salt, baking powder, garlic seasoning, and onion seasoning. Blend them thoroughly.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs, then mix in sour cream and melted butter. Stir until there are no lumps.
Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ones until you get a thick batter.
Mix the grated cheese into the batter.
Put the batter into the muffin tin equally, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
Put the biscuits in the oven that has been preheated and bake for 10-12 minutes until they are golden brown and ready.
Let the cookies cool in the muffin tray for a bit, then move them to a wire rack to cool down completely.
