Baked dish with potatoes and ground beef

Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C) before using it. Prepare a baking dish measuring 9 by 13 inches by greasing it and leaving it to the side.
In a pan on medium heat, cook the ground beef until it is browned and broken into small pieces. Remove extra grease.
Put chopped onions and crushed garlic in the pan with the ground beef. Cook the onions until they are soft and see-through, for around 5 minutes.
In a big bowl, mix together the cooked ground beef, chopped potatoes, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, mushroom soup, milk, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well blended.
Pour the mix into the baking dish and spread it evenly.
Put aluminum foil on the baking dish and bake in the oven that has been preheated for 45 minutes.
Take off the cover and bake for another 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are soft and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Take it out of the oven and allow it to cool a bit before serving.
Add some chopped parsley on top if you like, and serve while hot.
