Turn on your oven and set it to 300°F (150°C).
Put the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Wrap the dish with foil and cook in the oven for 2-2.5 hours, or until the ribs are soft and come off the bone easily.
Prepare the Honey Garlic Sauce:
In a small pot, mix together honey, soy sauce, chopped garlic, grated ginger (if you have it), vinegar, sesame oil (if you have it), red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Heat the mixture on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens a bit and looks shiny, for about 5-7 minutes.
Take off the heat and leave it to the side.
Put a shiny layer on the ribs.
When grilling, in the final 15-20 minutes of cooking, apply a lot of the honey garlic glaze on the ribs. Turn and brush them from time to time to create a sticky layer.
When baking, take the ribs out of the oven and coat them with the honey garlic sauce. Put them back in the oven without covering them and bake for another 15-20 minutes so the glaze can turn into caramel.
Serve and enjoy:
Move the shiny ribs to a cutting board and allow them to sit for a few minutes.
Separate the meat between the bones into smaller pieces.
Add chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top if you like.
Serve the ribs seasoned with honey and garlic, hot, along with your preferred side dishes such as coleslaw, cornbread, or grilled vegetables.
Enjoy delicious ribs with a tasty honey garlic sauce.
